This Award is presented to excellent organizations which clearly demonstrate: Improvement is a way of life; Empowered Employees; Industry Benchmark; Sustained Excellent Results; sustained continual improvement over their past performances. Award is valid for 3 years only. Winners may reapply 2-3 years after winning this category.
