SKEA Office organizes a series of seminars and workshops on self-assessment processes and preparing participation documents of SKEA in its 16th cycle
The Office of Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award has organized a series of oriented seminars and workshops on the 16th cycle of the award. The latest seminar focused on how to do a self- assessment process by companies and how to prepare the awards documents in its 16 cycle.
Organizing this series of seminars comes within the awareness of the Abu Dhabi Chamber to increase the level of awareness on SKEA since these seminars focused on the importance of the development program of the award and its contribution to the sustainable economic and social development process and towards increasing competitive capabilities of the private sector in Abu Dhabi. Organizing the seminars will continue until the end of September, after which training assessors will start until the end of next November.
The office of the award will start receiving participation documents from November according to the schedule of the Award.
With the participation of 40 companies working in diverse economic, social and service sectors, excellence experts highlighted practical applications to case studies with the aim of helping participants understand how to plan and execute the process of self-assessment according to the EFQM model.
Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber His Excellency Mohamed Helal Al-Muhairi said that the increase in the number of participants in programs and activities of SKEA in its 16 cycle reflects the huge interest in the programs of the award, which offer great opportunities of development through follow up and diagnostic reports. He noted that more than 100 companies took part in the oriented seminars of the award which were held over the past two months.
